Kurmanbekova Aigul Saukymbekovna, born on 15.05.1970 in Zhambyl region.
In 1994, she graduated from Zhambyl Pedagogical Institute with a degree in preschool pedagogy and psychology.
From 1994 to 1996, she worked as a teacher of the discipline "pedagogy and psychology" at the Department of "Cultural Studies" at the Zhambyl Technological Institute of light and food industry. In 1996, she was enrolled in the correspondence Department of postgraduate studies at the Department of "general pedagogy" of Taraz State University. From 1996 to 1998, she worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of "Cultural Studies" of the Russian Academy of Sciences. From 1998 to 2000, he worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of "Sociology and management" of Taraz State University. In 2000, she defended his PhD thesis in Pedagogical Sciences on the topic:"formation of personal qualities in students" in the specialty 13.00.01-"general pedagogy, ethnopedagogics and history of pedagogy", and in 2003 she received the title of candidate of Pedagogical Sciences.
In 2000-2003, she worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of "humanitarian disciplines" in the Taraz Department of the International University named after Khoja Ahmed Yasawi. From 2004 to 2008, she worked as the head of the Department of "Pedagogy" of the Taraz Institute of MKTU named after H. A. Yasavi. In 2008, she worked as the dean of the Faculty of "pedagogy and law" of this institute. In 2009, she worked as the dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy of Taraz innovative and humanitarian University. In the 2010-2011 academic year, she worked as the head of the Department of "Pedagogy" of this university. In the 2011-2012 academic year, she worked as the head of the Department of "preschool education and upbringing" at the Taraz State Pedagogical Institute. From 2012 to 2014, she held the position of Dean of the Faculty of "education-economics" of Taraz innovative and humanitarian University, in the 2014-2015 academic year-dean of the Faculty of "pedagogy", from 2015-Dean of the Faculty of "Education" of Tigu, currently-dean of the Faculty of "creative specialties" of ITII. A. S. Kurmanbekova published a methodological guide for curators of the group "primary maintenance of the curator's work" and about 100 scientific articles in the field of pedagogical and psychological sciences. The author has published his scientific articles in SCORUS, RINTZ and international scientific and practical, national, regional conferences, and in the most informative printed publications.
AigulSaukimbekovna passed professional development at the national and regional levels and received special certificates. In addition, in 2008, the minister of Science and education B. Aitimova was awarded a special letter of Thanks for her contribution to the education and social work of the country and the education of the younger generation. In 2016, she was awarded a special letter of thanks from the Akim of the region K.
